I have been busy working on some swap ideas for Convention. While I have no idea of what is going to stay or go, I thought I would just play with some layout ideas.
Stampin Up has a new product called Smooch, on some of the forums I have been on there has been some talk about how to use the product. One of the comments was once you make the commitment to spray follow through. I can tell you that helped me alot. I still need a bit of practice and I think that the lighter colors will probably be easier as the dark spray shows up so much more.
I used the Wood Grain Background stamp on the bottom piece of Soft Suede using Whisper White Craft Ink. I stamped the Maple Leafs from Autumn Splendor and cut them out and sponged the edges with Soft Suede. I used sponge dauber to color the trees and the ground in the stamped image from Lovely as a Tree. The greeting is from Teeny Tiny Wishes.
My card is 100% Stampin Up. Hope you like it.

What a lovely card, Peg. I love the wood grain stamped in white on the Soft Suede. Very effective. And the spritz came out great.
Thank you, I was a little nervous trying it out, but happy with the outcome.
