Side Step Card

Hello Stamping Friends:

We are having a beautiful day here in Gimli, Manitoba. I should be outside doing some yard work but I have my Golden Girls coming this week and I needed to prepare for there stamping class.

I had been searching Stampin Connection for some ideas on how to use the Lattice Sizzex die and came across a side step card by Michelle VanWiggeren . So I cased her ideas with the die cut and I am pleased as to how it came out.

For those who would like to know how to make the side step card. You start with a base that is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2. Put you paper in your paper cutter with the 5 1/2 " at the top and cut from 1" to 6 3/8". Turn the card stock so that the 8 1/2" is no along the top of the cutter and score from the cut line to the edge at 1, 2, 3 1/8, 4 1/4 all away across and 6 3/8 from the cut to the edge.

I have cut the little tails that are sticking up from the leaves as I noticed in the picture that they sort of look out of place.

Thanks for looking.
