Left Overs

I was cleaning up my stamp table and came across this image that I had colored.

I guess I was not satisfied at the time or it did not work for what I was trying to do. Not unusual for me.

As I was gathering the rest of the things I had set aside, that were still good and just did not make the cut at the time, I was able to pull this card together.

Isn't it amazing how our Stampin Up products go together so well no matter what you are doing.

If you look closely you can see the background piece that I had used on a previous card Here. I had stamped this in the wrong direction for that card but felt that I may be able to use somewhere else. I had to tie the hemp twine together to make it go around a few times but put that knot in the back.

Talk about re-cycling, my daughter would be proud of me. Glad I saved it. Hope you like it. Thanks for the comments, love to read them.

Here is a new picture of the new baby in the family, can you tell my daughter is a happy MOM.

She really needs to fix the date on her camera as this was taken today. I got to see him, touch him, oh my, he was so soft and cuddly and so handsome.

Here's what I used:

Stamps: Every Moment

Paper: Old Olive, Sahara Sand, Early Expresso

Ink: Markers

Accessories: Hemp Twine, Tulip Embossing Folder

Hi Peggy! I often will find a "scrap" from a leftover project and am able to pull it together for something I never intended. It looks like you did just that and it looks GREAT! Thanks for stopping by my blog and becoming a follower. I'm now YOUR newest follower! ;)

Peggy this card is beautiful! I save everything! My gal pals have a name for me, but they are always surprise in those details made from scraps on my cards. Too fun.

No matter what the date is on your daughter's camera the photo is precious.

thanks again for the sweet comment you left on my tu tu card. I'll be back to visit again. Hugs.
