Well it has been awhile hasn't it. I have not stamped since October 2010. Can you believe that? Of course you can!

Talk about change, change in where we live, change in how I am thinking these days, changes all over the place.

I really lost my mojo with all the changes, but now that things are settling down hopefully for good now I can get back into the stamping that I so love and have missed.

For those of you who know me I am not one for many words so on to my card. I had a friend loose her husband lately and I had been wanting to make her a special card in her time of need. Once she rescued me and my baby girl on the highway when my then drunk husband left us there when the truck broke down for many hours (he probably forgot about us) anyway that was long ago and forgiven but Grace came down that lonely road and took us to her home and took very good care of us for the night and then took us home the next day. I will never forget her kindness that cold winter night. Bless you Grace.
There is a card sketch on Our Daily Bread Designs and I used it to make my card to Grace.

I wanted a very sutle background and I stamped on the Designer Paper to give it a new look.

Here's what I used:

Stamps: Charming, Thoughts and Prayers
Paper: (Kraft) Crumb Cake, retired DSP Bella Blue
Ink: Crumb Cake, Black
Accessories: Nestabilities, Tasteful Trim Die, Mat Pack, Kraft Taffeta Ribbon.
