Well we had rain that turned into ice here. I had to cancel my class last night because all the roads were like hockey rinks. I had already prepared for my class and one of the cards was to be for Valentines Day. I wondered what I would do with all those pieces. So after I spent several hours chopping the ice on the sidewalk so that no one would hurt themselves this is what I came up with.
I decided on Garden Whimsey, I stamped the butterfly on the card stock and again on another piece of card stock. I covered the butterfly and wheeled the Whimsy Wheel inked up with Red Riding Hood. I cut out the second butterfly and glued it on top of the first butterfly. I punch out some of the holes with the 1/4" punch and 1/16" punch so that the Red Riding Hood card stock would show thru.

The three squares at the bottom were made with the punches with the exception of the pattern paper which was cut 1" square.

Peggy - this was a great idea..nice way to change it up! What did you use for the butterfly body?
It is the butterfly from Garden Whimsey. Thanks for leaving a comment.
